Mamavida Wellness Studio came to life from a vision I held close to my heart for over 7 years. I always dreamt of creating a sacred space where I could invite others to heal and grow, both virtually and in person. Deeply connected to the warmth of my own home, this studio is designed to be an extension of that—where every client who steps through the doors, or joins virtually, is embraced by an atmosphere of safety, care, and authenticity.

Limpia & Despojo Energy Healing Session
A 90-minute Sacred Energy Cleansing for the mind, body & spirit
Rooted in my Afro-Indigenous traditions of the Caribbean, this Limpia & Despojo session draws from the wisdom of my ancestral lineage - where we’ve long turned to the power of the earth, water, fire, air, and spirit to cleanse not just the body, but the soul.
Limpia: passed down from my Caribbean ancestors and through my shamanic trainings and mentors - this is a sacred act of energetic purification. It clears stagnant, heavy, and harmful energies that get stored in the body - often manifesting as fatigue, confusion, spiritual fog, or emotional blocks.
Despojo: is the sacred release - the letting go. It involves deep extraction of energies, imprints, and attachments that no longer serve you, creating space for clarity, restoration, and forward movement.
