You cannot hold space for the depths you have not yet met inside yourself. The medicine within is not a concept. It is alive. It moves through your breath, your bones, your blood. It is not something you collect - it is something you embody.

Do I need to be a professional wellness, or healer to join?
No. You just need to be someone who holds space - whether in your family, your work, your classroom, or your community. This is about deepening your relationship to the medicine you already carry.​

What if I miss a live session?
Replays will be provided, but live presence is highly encouraged. This is a shared space - we grow in community. This cohort will be a hybrid where in person gatherings will be required to practice the knowledge.

Is this a certification program?
No. This is a mentorship, not a credential. This is about remembering, reclaiming, and embodying your healing gifts based on your own unique archetype and ancestral inheritance in real time. The Medicine Is You - was created as an embodied practice that can support your day-to - day life, work, relationships and career goals or to become a practitioner of the medicine of the medicine you carry.

How much time should I expect to dedicate each week?​
Our live sessions are 70 minutes, 3x's per month, and you’ll be invited to explore simple practices between sessions. You'll also have some assignments that will support your learning and practice. Is not about overwhelming your schedule - it’s about weaving the work into your life so it becomes embodied. ​​

Will there be another cohort?
Possibly, but this round will be unique. If your spirit feels called now, trust that.

Hi, I’m Hasani.
I’m a spiritual guide, shamanic energy healer and teacher with 15+ years of experience supporting first-generation cycle breakers, space-holders, and caregivers in reclaiming their inner truth and ancestral wisdom. I’m the founder of Mamavida Wellness Studio and a devoted steward of sacred, community-rooted healing, ancestral medicine and afro-Indigenous Cosmology with an integrative holistic approach to support my client’s unique journeys.
