& the Unspoken
A Gentle Healing Circle to Release What You’ve Been Holding
Date: Friday, June 13, 2025
Time: 6:00 - 8:00pm
Where: MamaVida Wellness Studio
Spots Available: 12 participants (Gender Inclusive)
Investment: $55
There are certain emotions that sit quietly in the body. The guilt we carry—for wanting something different, for saying no, for surviving when others didn’t. The grief that lingers—after loss, change, or even becoming someone new.
The things we never said, never felt ready to name.
This healing circle is a soft, supportive space to gently release what’s been living inside—
in your chest, your heart, your belly, your spirit.
We’ll take two hours to slow down, listen to what’s there, and let it move.
This Healing Circle Is For You If:
-
You’ve been feeling heavy or emotionally stuck and don’t know why
-
You’ve been carrying guilt—about family, about success, about letting go
-
You’re grieving something you’ve never fully named, an envisioned life that never happened, a relationship that dissolved, a career or job that was not what you expected
-
Loss of loved one where you haven’t had space to grief
-
You’re craving a space to be with your emotions, without judgment or pressure
What We’ll Do Together:
-
Ground into the body with a calming, guided meditation
-
Use writing prompts to name what’s been sitting unspoken
-
Learn how to gently manage feelings of grief and guilt without pushing them down
-
Share in circle (optional) and be witnessed—just as you are
-
Receive an energy-clearing ritual to soften and soothe the heart
You’ll leave feeling a little lighter.
A little more connected to yourself.
And with tools to carry forward when guilt or grief rise again.
Guilt isn’t always bad—it can be a signal, a teacher, a sign of how much we care.
But it isn’t meant to live in us forever.
This circle is a soft place to begin letting go.
Giving Back To The Community: 5% of the proceeds from this event will be donated on your behalf to a nonprofit org that supports the most impacted in our communities.
